The installation method for PlastiSpan roof insulation varies dependent upon the membrane to be applied on the roof. The selection chart below indicates applicable sections that should be reviewed for complete information on the use of PlastiSpan insulation for roofing systems.
PlastiSpan insulation board is a rigid expanded polystyrene (EPS) product. Thermal insulation properties are guaranteed for the long term because the closed cellular structure of PlastiSpan insulation does not contain CFCs, HCFCs or HFCs. It is chemically inert to a wide range of chemicals. It has no food value and will not attract insects, parasites or animal and plant life.
