Building Systems

Plasti-Fab has two insulating building systems that provide energy-efficiency, ease of use, and faster project completion. Both systems use utilize our expanded polystyrene. The Advantage ICF System® is a patented insulating concrete forming system consisting of two layers of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation connected with a web molded into the EPS insulation. Our insulating concrete forming system is easy to install and provides an all-in-one solution for below and above grade walls.

The Insulspan SIP System, or structural insulated panels, consists of performance rated oriented strand board (OSB) structurally laminated to a core of either EPS or GPS insulation. SIPs are used in above grade walls, floor and roof systems which helps reduce air leakage and thermal bridging by providing a continuous layer of thermal insulation in both wall and roof assemblies.
